Lou Waters is an internationally known journalist, a founding member of CNNs original news team and 21 year veteran anchorman and correspondent for the network. This is a very well written book about A fantastic unusual man ,told from his death bed it tells the story of a most important Radio DJ and his radio career...his personal life and the struggles he had in just living. I once knew this man and he was FANTASTIC!!!!It is a great read and it will touch your heart you may even shed a tear or two....here is a hand to Lou Waters who was able to get Bobby to open his soul to the public...thank you Lou for loving Bobby enough to take on the project of writing his story and for Bobbys beautiful Norma who loved and knew this complicated lovely man. If you knew him you couldn't help but love him and many still do ten years after his passing.

Fun look back at rock radio's golden days

A well-sourced look behind the scenes of one of rock radio's most interesting (and well-traveled) figures, Bobby Dale. It will make you want to hunt down Dale's airchecks if you missed his unique style. The top deejays of the '60s were not the most normal guys around, but radio was the perfect outlet for their talents, and "Have I Got a Song For You" shows Dale to be among the most talented of the breed.
