About the Author
Mauris Emeka is a retired U.S. Army officer and a retired Amtrak trainman who developed a passion for researching non-toxic and holistic approaches dealing with cancer when his wife of 36 years died from it. This is his fourth book on this topic. Mr. Emeka has long been interested in diet and nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices. He makes a concerted effort to research each topic that he writes about; and his writing is clear and easy to understand.

Information is good But they Omited Some

This book has some good information but doesn't consider other important information.
CANCER and OXYGEN
Yes cancer cells ferment sugars rather than burning sugars with oxygen like normal cells do.
GREEN FOODS
If you are potassium deficient as over two thirds of the cancer patients are then green foods are fantastic. But not so great for those who are sodium deficient. How do you know? If your blood pressure is low the way the MDs like it below 110 /60 then the green foods will do you in unless you balance them with sea salt.
ALKALIZE your body. if you are too acidic you should alkalize the body. Cancer is an acid producing disease due to using 10-20 times the sugar used by a normal cell. Whenever sugar is used for energy a lot of lactic acid is produced. its this production of lactic acid by the tumor that has to be neutralized. If the acids aren't neutralized it will interfere with the bodies ability to get enough oxygen. There are lots of ways to try to do this that don't work very well. But there is an easy solution A very low carbohydrate zero sugar diet , like the ketogenic diet. Then the cancer has no sugar to turn into lactic acid so there is no acidification of the body. Also the cancer starves in the process and cant grow. Anybody been killed by a cancer that wasn't growing ? Not yet.
ENZYMES. Yes lots of clinics have had great results with enzyme treatment of cancer. Right on.
RAW FOOD? There are many people who have had their cancer go into remission on raw foods only to start growing again when cooked foods are again eaten. This evidence for raw foods is overwhelming. The only trouble is how to digest them. Donna Gates has her program for juicing and fermenting raw food to make them more digestible.

FLAX OIL ? Heat damaged oils are along with sugar a major cause of cancer. Flax oil , coconut oil and organic california olive oil are the only oils that are cold pressed and not heat damaged by expeller pressing.
COOKED ANIMAL PROTEINS ARE BAD Right again. Its the cooking that makes them bad. But Raw animal proteins are just as good as raw vegetable proteins.
Yes this book has it right on a lot of important issues. Now if they could do a rewrite to get the ones they missed.

What an amazing book!!!!!!! This is something that everyone MUST read weather you have cancer or not. It is written perfectly so that anyone can understand it. The author has such compelling data in this book (which is back by ligit references), and there are some key points in regards to your health that everyone should be doing throughout there life (cancer or not).
I have recomended this book to my Chiro & as well as my family and freinds.
